Tadka bread recipe



This is an easy n fast snack recipe.
Cooking time : 15 min
Ingredients :

White bread - sliced into cubes
Yogurt or Curd - 1/2 cup
Chopped Onions -1/2 cup
Tomato - 1(chopped)
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Chillies - Chopped or Chilli powder
Coriander
Salt
Sugar (if required)
Turmeric powder
Mustard seeds
Cumin
Olive oil or Vegetable oil

Recipe:

Heat oil in a saucepan and add mustard seeds.
As they start popping, add cumin seeds,chopped chillies and onions to it.
Cook for a while and  add salt,sugar and turmeric powder. Its shown here below.


                                          
                                                  



 Add lemon juice and yogurt to this and stir well .
Cook for 2 min and add the bread slices. Mix them well .

Top this with fresh coriander and tomatoes.




Tip : Make sure all the bread slices are well mixed.
Serve this with yogurt dip .
For this, add some pepper and chilli powder to yogurt for enriched taste.
Or simply pour yogurt on the dish to cool it down and have fun ;)
