What is ANGER? What are the reasons for it?
Well,it is not so easy to define ANGER.But it is one of the most common feelings of humans(may be of all living things,but here i discuss about us, the humans).Friends,you must have also felt furious at some issues ,have u ever thought of it ?The reason for it?
The main reason for anger is FRUSTRATION.
You must note that in all areas of life,you can find people both either luckier or less fortunate than you.Instead of comparing you with your friends,compare your TODAY with YESTERDAY and think whether you are wiser ,luckier and happier now!

PAUSE BUTTON TECHNIQUE: Before ur emotion outburst,press the pause button of ur (mental)tape recorder to consider 4 imp. things.Let us name them like,
INTROSPECTION: 90% of our sorrows are not due to other's action but our reaction to it. We cannot control other's action but certainly can control our reaction.
CONSCIOUSNESS: While reacting with a situation ,be confident that you do not repent for it afterwards.
CREATIVITY: Before 'ur' reaction to other's action ,try to create something new,different and better.When an apple from a tree falls on ur head,instead of eating it,if you think why it has not gone in the reverse direction towards the sky,you would become SIR ISAAC NEWTON.Thinking differently and acting with creativity is a part of tuning ur brain.This helps us to build up balance of mind.
FREEDOM OF THOUGHT:While going for the exam ,if u see a black cat,do u step back?why?What is the logic in it? Freedom of thought gives you rational thinking.People become superstitious when they do not believe in themselves.
